A series specialy made for the contest “Gioielli in Fermento” inspired by the combination of two views that interest me about the terroir of Torrefornello, theme of that edition.
The caramel over view of the vineyards (or green depending on the seasons) when seen from above the hills; and the experience of walking between them, seeing a succession of organics lines that frame a beautiful landscape with an intense blue sky.
I created an schematic map to study the terrain. Where there was represented a path, I created creases and bent it. By bringing the aerial view to the third dimension I created a volume that resembled that seen in walk through the vineyards.
The colors were only applied in the inner parts of the piece, but are reflected and enhanced by the polish of the lateral parts.

Uma série originalmente criada para o concurso “Gioielli in fermento 2014” inspirada na combinação de duas vistas que me interessam sobre o território de Torrefornello, tema daquela edição. A vista aérea, verde e caramelo, dos lotes da plantação de vinhas e os caminhos e intervalos entre ela somada à experiência, do olhar do pedestre, ao andar por entre esses longos corredores de plantação num terreno com lindos acidentes geográficos. Criei um mapa esquemático para estudar o terreno, a partir dele selecionei porções para trabalhar no metal, onde ali tinha representado um caminho, vinquei, dobrei, soldei, e a partir da representação da vista aérea criei a um volume que se assemelhava aquele visto ao andar por entre as vinhas. As cores, em esmalte, apliquei somente nas faces internas inferiores, mas que tinham sua vibração refletida e ampliada pelo polimento das faces laterais.
No decorrer do tempo a série foi ganhando novas peças, com novos ângulos, cores e acabamento, mantendo a pesquisa entre o reflexo gerado nas paredes internas à peça.
