A joia não é apenas adorno, mas objeto dotado de história, que estabelece relações entre quem faz quem veste quem olha, entre seus símbolos e a variedade de interpretações de significados, uma obra que transportamos junto ao corpo e que em certo sentido fala de uma intimidade. Geralmente transmitida de geração em geração.
Memória da mão, memória desenhada nas linhas da palma da mão, memória do dedo, memória da mamma, memória mama, emana. Memória da avó, através dos dedais da bisavó, memória do dedal na cerâmica, memória do meu gesto de imprimir um no outro, memória do tempo que tinge, ferrugem.
Rever, revês, revés.

jewelry as a remembrance
The jewel is not just an adornment, but an object endowed with history, which establishes relationships between the wearer of those who dress and who looks, among their symbols and the variety of interpretations of meanings, a work that we carry with the body and which in a sense speaks of an intimacy. Generally passed down from generation to generation.
This work carries the memory of the hand, memory drawn in the palm lines, finger memory, mamma memory, breast memory, emanate.
The memory of grandmother, through thighs of great-grandmother, memory of thimble in pottery, memory of my gesture of printing one in the other, memory of time tingeing, rust.
Started from my individual perception and history, brought to a narrative that contains the memory of the making process itself.
The firsts imprinting were naturally colored by the rust from the heritage timbales.
The others were deliberated colored by me with natural elements.
To remember is to review, to rethink, to resignify.
